I am an educational consultant, author and trainer specialising in
PrePhonics and Early Language Development.
I work in partnership with a vast array of national and international organisations, inspiring teaching and improving learning at live events and through bespoke consultancy.

I became The Learning Lady in 2012

Since then I’ve been delighted to advise, support, train, and inspire thousands of amazing practitioners and worked with even more fabulous children!

I am also currently a governor of an amazing Special School, and spent some time as an Early Years Ofsted inspector.

I’m a passionate advocate for preparing all children for phonics spectacularly well! As a highly experienced expert in prephonics, I’m on a mission to share essential but simple ways to get reading right from the start.

I created Super Sounds needed to provide massive value, save busy professionals hours of time, and achieve AMAZING results!

I couldn’t be more delighted with the fantastic feedback! From very humble beginnings, Super Sounds has gone global, becoming a Teach Early Years finalist in 2022.
